Today we started the day with a Bar U Ranch word search and then Mr. Knitter's class went to music. After music we worked on some special art and then we had snack and recess.
In Math we traced some different shapes to make a design!
After lunch we looked at old pictures of Calgary. The population of Calgary in 1885 was 500. We made some guesses about how many people live in Calgary today. Some of guesses were 205, 1082 and 866. We were shocked when we learned that the current population is 1 230 000!
We finished the day with Gym; we played some ball games and then got ready for home!
Don't forget to let our teachers know if you are coming to the Art Gallery Exhibit on June 23rd!
