Dear families,
Important Notices:
We began our day with reading stations. Afterwards, we met for Teamwork Tuesday. During this time we were able to talk about some problems around treating books properly, and the volume level in our class. Following Teamwork Tuesday, we went to music to practice songs that we may be doing for the spring concert.
In the afternoon, we continued to record the temperatures in Calgary, Iqaluit, and Meteghan. We also learned about the three ways that heat is transferred (conduction, radiation, and convection. Ask me to describe them!
Have a great evening!
Love,
The Grade 2s
Important Notices:
- We WILL be going skating tomorrow. Students are encouraged to bring their own skates and/or helmet if they have them. Buses will return from the Olympic Oval after dismissal. Students can be picked up between 3:15-3:30 (traffic permitting).
