Dear parents,
Important notices:
Today we started the day with PE and then had Wonder Wednesday. We learned about the world's biggest dog, how houses are built, how teaching began, and how magnets are made. We moved onto poetry and illustrated our new June chicken soup poem. After snack and recess we had ketchup time for our social projects. After lunch we had buddy reading and then we reviewed all of our different strategies for adding and subtracting two digit numbers. Once we had a chance to review, we were able to show what we know.
Evergreen for ALS: Our Kick-Off Walk for ALS will be this Thursday, June 1st @ 1:00pm. Our entire school community will be out in full force to raise awareness for ALS and to support our teacher and friend, Mrs. Y. All proceeds from our walk will stay in Alberta to make each day the best possible day for people living with and affected by ALS. Please use the link below if you would like to make an online donation. Cash donations are always welcome! Please remember to wear a PURPLE shirt (green or white if you don't have purple).

We thank you for your support!
Have a great evening,
