Dear parents,
Important notices:
Today we started the day with a sharing circle. We had music and worked on rhythms. Ask me what my rhythm was! After music we decorated some invitations to our end of the year gallery. We had snack and recess. We then had literacy groups. After lunch, we did some yoga and learned a bit more about pioneer homes. We got to see the inside of a sod house (on youtube) and we got to see how big an actual pioneer home would have been (in real life!). Ms. Tang marked the size of a soddie or log house in the gathering space. Ask me how big a family home would have been.
Evergreen for ALS: Our Kick-Off Walk for ALS will be this Thursday, June 1st @ 1:00pm. Our entire school community will be out in full force to raise awareness for ALS and to support our teacher and friend, Mrs. Y. All proceeds from our walk will stay in Alberta to make each day the best possible day for people living with and affected by ALS. Please use the link below if you would like to make an online donation. Cash donations are always welcome! Please remember to wear a PURPLE shirt (green or white if you don't have purple).

We thank you for your support!
Have a great evening,
