Important notes:
1) Peer spelling is done for the year - no more words will be sent home for practice.
2) Home reading books still being exchanged.
Yesterday we pulled our wheat, carrots and onions. THe wheat has dried and we are looking at the kernels. Unfortunately the carrots and onions didn't grow. We think they may have been overwatered or maybe they were competing with the other plants too much.
This morning after "ketchup" and "pickle" time and finished a lot!! Afterwards, we enjoyed a wonderful Grade 4 assembly. They played the drums, bells, recited a funny science poem, shared about Science School, showed us a slide show and sang to us. It was fantastic!
