Dear Parents,
Today we started reading the book called, The Enormous Crocodile by Roald Dahl. The story is about an enormous crocodile who eats children. He thinks they taste "yummy and juicy". He is a pretty clever crocodile. Afterwards we learned about crocodiles. Did you know that an Alligator has a more u-shaped nose than the crocodile? We then did a step-by-step drawing of a crocodile. The hardest part was drawing the head, tail and all those spikes! They look awesome. Mrs. Stanford is soo impressed.
In gym we practiced our rallies with the OgoSports and koosh balls. Our challenge was to see if we could get 5 rallies back and forth with our partners.
We hope you have a great night,
Love,
The Grade Ones
